Sutter County Clerk

The County Clerk’s duties include responsibility for recording documents affecting title of real property located in Sutter County, conducting all elections, maintaining voter registration files, issuing of marriage licenses, processing passport applications, filing fictitious business name statements, filing notary oaths, registering process servers and professional photocopiers, performing wedding ceremonies, and other related work. The County Clerk also serves as Clerk of the Board of Supervisors.
