The Yuba City Health Center location provides the following services: abortion, birth control, HIV services, men’s health care, emergency contraception (the morning after pill), pregnancy testing and services, STD treatment, testing, and vaccines, transgender hormone therapy, and women’s health care. All services except abortion are available for either in person or telehealth appointments.

This location can offer services in English and Spanish along with other languages via interpretation over the phone. They ask that you let them know in advance if you will need an interpreter for your appointment.

The Yuba City Health Center lists the following insurances as being accepted: Medi-Cal, Family PACT, Anthem, Blue Cross, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Shield, CalViva-under Health Net, Central California Alliance, Health Net, Health Plan of San Joaquin, Health Plan of San Mateo, Molina, Santa Clara Family Health Plan, and Valley Health Plan.

If you do not have insurance or Medicaid, you may qualify for a state-funded program or a lower fee scale. Call in advance or note when booking your appointment to ask the location about more affordable coverage and what to consider when choosing your insurance plan.
