First 5 Trinity County

First 5 Trinity County’s Strategic Plan for 2015-2020 guides the work and strategic investments over a five-year period.  The plan builds upon prior accomplishments and lessons learned while creating new and innovative directions for the organization to evolve.  First 5 Trinity County funds four primary focus initiatives. Each initiative provides a unique contribution to improving health outcomes for Trinity County’s youngest children.
