• Documents Required: Proof of identification, income and address required. Acceptable forms of identification include: For Adults: Medi-cal cards and valid California Driver’s License or Identification Card For Children: Medi-Cal cards, immunization records, or birth certificates are acceptable forms of identification. Acceptable forms of address include: CURRENT month’s Utility Bill which includes your name and address, mail addressed to you with a CURRENT postmark or CURRENT month’s rent receipt which includes your name and address. Hand written notes are NOT acceptable as a rental receipt and CANNOT be used as proof of address. Post Office Boxes do not qualify, you must have proof of a street address. All forms of identification (ID) must be original, we will not accept copies. ID is required for the food pantry and must be shown EVERY TIME you come to Inter-Faith. Proof of income is check stub, bank statement, Cal-Works letter, SSI letter, or denial of any of these items.
