Bienestar Human Services offers emergency food and HIV/AIDS services for adolescents and adults in Los Angeles County. Services are targeted, but not restricted, to the Spanish-speaking community. Services Offered Include:
- AIDS/HIV Prevention Counseling
- AIDS/HIV/STD Prevention Kits (ID, proof of HIV diagnosis, proof of residence and proof of income are required for case management and mental health services)
- Case/Care Management (ID, proof of HIV diagnosis, proof of residence and proof of income are required for case management and mental health services)
- Rent/Utility/Temporary Housing Assistance (ID, proof of diagnosis, proof of income (not required for cash jobs), proof of residence (within last 3 months), copy of mortgage statement or lease/rental agreement (cancelled checks and US postal money orders accepted for clients that live with or are related to the owner of the property) to their first appointment)
- Food Rescue Programs
- LBGT Support Groups (Support Groups for Gay and Lesbian Youth Ages 15 to 23)
- Ongoing Emergency Food Assistance (Monthly income for a one-person household cannot exceed $745) (Clients must be involved in a case management program in order to be eligible)

- Rapid HIV Tests (Free HIV testing is done for people age 14 and older)
